DigiClaim is a solution that connects to the insurance company's information system via API to manage the front office aspects of motor claims.

It allows the insurance company to interconnect the different parties involved in the motor claim process in a single environment: the insured, the agent/broker, the handler, the adjuster, and the garage.

The customer experience has been put at the core of our design of DigiClaim to help the insurance company improve customer satisfaction and retention.
