DigiFraud is an API integrated with the DigiClaim solution to provide automated and real-time control of claims. It can also be integrated into the insurance company's information system in SaaS.

DigiFraud includes a set of fraud rules based on more than 10 years of experience in motor claims management and fraud prevention.

The DigiFraud engine analyzes in real time the claims data in the different steps of the process (claim creation, adjustment before, adjustment after, etc.) to look for discrepancies and suspected fraud.

Analysis of photos with artificial intelligence

Claims and underwriting photos are analyzed with our AI to automatically detect shocks and perform comparisons in order to automatically identify inconsistencies and fraud scenarios used by fraudulent policyholders.

Cross-sectional analysis of connections

In addition to the vertical analysis of a claim, DigiFraud performs a cross-sectional analysis of connections to detect fraud scenarios used by professional fraudsters or fraud networks.

For example, a pedestrian that appears in more than one claim or an insured that is involved in multiple claims with similar circumstances is quickly detected by our technology.
